Does this humidifier include a water tank?
No. This humidifier is designed to turn a standard 28 mm water bottle into a personal humidifier.
What bottle size is compatible?
It is compatible with standard 28 mm bottle openings. It is not compatible with 50 mm bottle openings.
How portable is the humidifier?
The unit is compact and travel friendly. The body length is about 12 cm, making it easy to carry for minimalist travel, desk use, car use, or bedside use.
How is the product powered?
It uses USB-C power and can be connected to a laptop, power bank, or wall adapter.
Can I use it in a car?
Yes. It is designed for portable and car humidifier use to help keep your driving environment more comfortable.
Is it quiet enough for sleeping?
Yes. The working noise is very low at about 23 dB, quieter than normal conversation, so it is suitable for night use.
Will the mist wet my desk?
It produces fine mist with 3 MHz ultrasonic vibration. Under normal use, the mist should not condense heavily or wet a wooden desktop.
Will it shut off automatically when the water runs out?
Yes. The product includes dry-run protection and will automatically shut off when the water runs out.
What spray modes does it have?
After long-pressing the button to turn it on, the default mode is continuous mist and it will automatically turn off after 2 hours. Press again for intermittent mist, which sprays for 3 seconds and pauses for 3 seconds. Press a third time to turn off mist and light.
How do I turn the light on or off?
Quickly double-click the button to turn on the light. Quickly double-click again to turn the light off.
Can I add essential oils?
No. Do not add oily essential oils or use any oily liquid with this product.
Can I rinse the device under a faucet?
No. Do not rinse the device directly under tap water.
Can it run without water?
No. Do not operate the product without water or allow it to dry burn.
Can children use it by themselves?
Children under 10 years old should not use this product without supervision.
Can I disassemble the humidifier?
No. Do not disassemble the product, as this may cause leaking or damage.
What should I do if there is no mist after turning it on?
Gently shake or tap the product to release trapped air inside.
What does the charging indicator mean?
The red light flashes while charging. When fully charged, the red light stays on.
Is condensation around the nozzle a leak?
No. Condensation around the nozzle is normal. Wipe it dry with a cloth.
How often should I replace the filter cotton?
Replace the filter cotton every 2–3 months, or when mist output decreases noticeably. Remove the silicone plug at the bottom to replace it. Before installing a new filter cotton, soak it in water for 3–5 minutes until fully saturated. If it is not soaked first, it may not absorb water or produce mist.
What if I lose the bottom silicone plug when replacing the filter cotton?
Do not lose the silicone plug during replacement. Without this plug, the filter cotton cannot be fixed properly.
